MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD – 3 DAYS / 72 HOURS

 GENERAL TERMS

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE RENTER: Each driver must be at least 25 years old, possess a valid and full driver's license for at least 1 year, and present a valid identification document (ID card, passport, credit card).

THE PRICE INCLUDES: unlimited mileage, insurance, vignette for the Republic of Bulgaria.

PERIOD: Minimum rental period is 3 days. If the car is returned after the contract expires, the client will be charged as follows: over 4 hours – full rental fee.

PAYMENT: Payment can be made in cash or by bank transfer. A deposit is required upon payment, the amount of which depends on the car class.

INVOICING of the received amounts is carried out on the day following the end of the rental period if it is a working day, or on the first working day if the day is a weekend or public holiday.

For renting or returning the car between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM, an additional fee of 30 EUR is due.

THE ENTIRE DEPOSIT or part of it may be withheld in the following cases: In the event of a road traffic accident with confirmed alcohol use, damage to the vehicle's chassis, damage to all tires, audio equipment, and accessories, significant damage to the vehicle resulting from a culpable road traffic accident, any damage resulting from a road traffic accident without a police report, damage to the vehicle due to incompetent or reckless driving, lost keys or vehicle documents, or in the case of a dirty or damaged interior.

TECHNICAL ISSUES AND ROAD ACCIDENTS: In the event of any technical problems or road accidents, the client must immediately stop and report to the company’s contact numbers. In case of a road traffic accident, the client must call the Traffic Police, and then obtain the protocol issued by the authorities.

THE INSURANCE against damages is not valid in the following cases: If the vehicle is driven under the influence of alcohol or narcotic substances. If, in the event of a road traffic accident, a protocol from the Traffic Police is not provided upon the vehicle’s return. If the renter allows an unauthorized person, not listed in the rental agreement, to drive the vehicle. If the vehicle’s tires are damaged due to fire or a road traffic accident. If the renter intentionally causes damage to the vehicle or its accessories. If damages to the vehicle’s chassis, oil pan, or exhaust system are caused by the renter’s fault.

In the event of damage or destruction of the vehicle caused by reckless or incompetent driving, if significant damage is inflicted on the vehicle or it is effectively destroyed by the renter as a result of such driving, and the renter is found at fault by the Traffic Police, the lessor may claim compensation for the full value of the vehicle. In case of refusal, the lessor has the right to refer the matter to the competent Bulgarian court.

Delivery / Return of the Vehicle:

From our office or to an address specified by the customer within Sofia, including Sofia Airport.

For vehicle pick-up or return between 12:00 AM and 7:00 AM, an additional fee of 20 EUR applies.

Snow chains (free of charge)

The theft insurance is not valid in the following cases:

• The vehicle is left unlocked.
• The vehicle is left with the documents inside.
• In all of the above cases, the renter is fully responsible for the damages incurred.
